Quanta Contracts Ltd will:

  • Respond to the submission of a CV for a specific vacancy or as a general enquiry within one working day
  • Distribute CV's only with the express prior permission of the candidate
  • Not disclose the identity of, or any other personal information to a client without the candidates express permission being obtained
  • Obtain as much relevant information as possible pertaining to a particular role or vacancy
  • Treat all information provided by a candidate with confidentiality at all times
  • Where possible maintain a high level of communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Advise candidates of at what stage references will be taken and how they will be used. Only referees provided by the candidate will be contacted
  • Not approach the candidate's current employer for references unless the express permission has been given by the candidate
  • Ensure all references will be confidential to the recruitment process
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the services we provide, including but not limited to clear and accurate written terms of engagement for temporary workers, which state unequivocally the type of contract on which the temporary worker is engaged
  • Pay temporary workers on time and without fail on the provision of the relevant authorised paperwork as laid out in the written terms of engagement provided
