We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the costs and finances of construction projects. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in ensuring projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards. Duties:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine quantities of materials required
- Source and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process
- Prepare progress reports and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Review contract variations and claims

Requirements:
- Min 3 years post grad experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
